1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between ck44 game ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the services made available at ck44-game.net and any associated sub-domains or mobile interfaces.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or simply browsing the platform, you represent that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by its provisions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the ck44 game platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ck44 game operates a strict 18+ policy and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 18 to hold an account or place wagers. This restriction applies without exception.

3. Account Registration & Security

You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be asked to provide, among other things, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must correspond to your true identity. The use of false names, fictitious addresses, or any other form of misrepresentation during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account at the time of closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. ck44 game will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a communication purporting to be from ck44 game that requests your password, you should disregard it and report it to our support team immediately.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, whether for wagering or any other purpose.
• You must notify ck44 game immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ck44 game cannot be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the ck44 game platform. If our systems detect that a single individual controls multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same network connection — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonuses or winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts will be voided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Wagering Requirements

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a user of the ck44 game platform, you agree at all times to comply with applicable law and with the standards of fair and honest conduct set out in this Agreement. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using a stolen or third-party payment method, or misrepresenting your identity in any way.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or using gaming activity to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with one or more other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market, including sharing cards in poker variants, coordinating wagers to exploit promotions, or any equivalent conduct.
• Use of Automated Tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other automated means to interact with the platform, place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security controls without the express written consent of ck44 game.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, pricing mistakes, or any other malfunction of the platform to place wagers or extract funds in circumstances where a reasonable person would recognise that the outcome was unintended.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your payment service provider in respect of funds deposited to ck44 game. Chargebacks are treated as a breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Harassment: Using the platform's communication features to threaten, abuse, harass, or intimidate other users or members of the ck44 game support team.

ck44 game reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it believes, in its reasonable discretion, may involve prohibited conduct. During such an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and access to funds withheld until the investigation is complete. ck44 game is not liable for any losses incurred by a user as a result of a good-faith investigation into suspected prohibited conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the ck44 game platform — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, trade marks, service marks, software, design elements, graphics, text, images, video, audio, game mechanics, and the overall look and feel of the interface — is the proprietary intellectual property of ck44 game or of its licensed game studio partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

7.1 Permitted Use

Your use of the platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes and strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any platform content.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any ck44 game platform content without prior written authorisation.
• You must not reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any software forming part of the platform.
• You must not use any ck44 game trade marks or branding in any context that could create confusion as to source, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Any use of platform intellectual property beyond the scope of the limited licence described above requires the express prior written consent of ck44 game. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

ck44 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement, including the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or payment terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on or in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring the suspension or closure of the account.
• At the account holder's own request, including requests made under the platform's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme.

8.1 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of an account, any real-money balance (net of any bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, provided that no outstanding compliance review is in progress and no other grounds for withholding funds exist under this Agreement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

Any user who wishes to close their account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the ck44 game support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once activated, prevent the account holder from logging in, depositing, or placing wagers for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. Users who self-exclude are strongly encouraged to also contact their mobile payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) to request that gambling-related transactions be blocked at the payment level as an additional safeguard.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck44 game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether ck44 game was advised of the possibility of such damages. ck44 game's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with any single claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that user to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ck44 game operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, unless you and ck44 game agree otherwise in writing.

8.5 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

8.6 Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the terms of any specific bonus or promotion, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ck44 game with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
